Curb Appeal

A garden designers attempt to show how to make your home's front yard and exterior reflect your unique personality. Photos help illustrate different elements used to make a house a "home". Don't let yourself be limited to that expanse of lawn and tired foundation plantings. Give yourself a welcome when you approach your home and give others the treat of wondering "who lives there?".

About Me

My photo
Linda Hartong
I have gardened for myself and others for over 30 years. A move to a suburban home with mature trees, a pond, woods, and a sloped yard inspired me to become a better designer. I joined Johnson County Extension Master Gardeners, worked in a local perennial nursery, took design classes in Aspen and started designing for others as well as for myself. Frustrated with conveying my designs by drawing, I found a computer program and began to photograph a plant base and the homes I worked on. This made it delightfully easy for my clients to envision their "garden to be" and now I was also hooked on photography.
