CURB APPEAL
The homes in Carmel are great examples of homes with"curb appeal" . Owners are able to express their personalities in the exterior of their homes. In many suburban neighborhoods in the USA, the home owner's rules are so strict as to limit paint color, fencing material,etc. This home is a delight to look at with its stepping stone walkway, colorful planting, welcoming porch with Adirondack chair and upstairs balcony with potted plants. The plantings provide just enough privacy , yet also give us a view .
