In many suburban neighborhoods in the USA, the home owner's rules are so strict as to limit paint color, fencing material,etc. This home is a delight to look at with its stepping stone walkway, colorful planting, welcoming porch with Adirondack chair and upstairs balcony with potted plants. The plantings provide just enough privacy , yet also give us a view .
